Job summary

Key duties include leading procurement, improving workflows, managing the E-Store, travel programs, fleet management, PPE supply, vendor relationships, budget development, and cost analysis to drive efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/ops field.
• Strong Excel, analytics and financial reporting skills.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide procurement activities and supervise a team of 2–3 employees.
• Develop and improve procurement procedures, purchasing workflows, and inventory controls.
• Standardize purchasing practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and cost control.
• Support internal offices with timely purchasing solutions meeting business needs.
• Manage E-Store, travel program (Navan), fleet program (WEX), PPE, and office supplies.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to maximize value and control costs.
• Analyze spending across procurement, travel, fleet, and corporate operations and report to leadership.
