Kalmbach Feeds Inc. is seeking a Director of Procurement Strategy & Operations to lead procurement strategy, optimize supplier relationships, and drive end-to-end purchasing efficiency across the organization.

In this senior leadership role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, and Operations to align sourcing with business goals, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and mentor a high-performing procurement team.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy: design and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Modernize systems: improve procurement tools and processes from PO to delivery.
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and quality goals.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing lifecycle including supplier selection and contracts.
• Develop and manage procurement budgeting and forecasting; mentor the team.
