Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, materials, or a related role preferred.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, Oracle) or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and open orders.
• Excellent supplier communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Source materials and components based on production and project requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order confirmations, and delivery dates.
• Track and expedite open purchase orders to ensure materials arrive per production schedules.
• Identify potential material shortages and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
