Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, components, and supplies in alignment with production needs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on product launches and supplier development
• Track and report on procurement KPIs, lead times, cost savings, and vendor compliance
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts
• Recording purchase order acknowledgements and updating PO discrepancies
• Expedite and perform procurement activities to meet current and anticipated demand
• Develop an effective system for monitoring purchase orders
• Work with the management team to ensure deliveries meet orders and report back orders
• Assist buyers with maintaining inventory levels and materials
• Communicate with management to ensure all orders are accurate
• Monitor quality and timeliness of supplied products and coordinate returns if needed
• Communicate with vendors to resolve timeliness and quality issues
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal/external customers
• Research and resolve account payables nonconformance with suppliers
