TSMC Arizona is seeking a Procurement Material Planner to ensure material availability for high-volume semiconductor production. You will drive supplier management, risk mitigation, and strategic material planning to optimize manufacturing operations and strengthen the company’s global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Foundational understanding of U.S. supply chain regulations and vendor compliance practices.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to drive quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability objectives.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Business acumen and logical thinking to develop procurement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Execute procurement strategies by analyzing regional and global supply markets to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Translate production forecasts into procurement plans for materials, indirect materials, spare parts, equipment, and services.
• Maintain relationships with U.S.-based and global suppliers to meet quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability objectives.
• Follow risk mitigation strategies for critical materials and components.
• Support digital procurement tools and analytics to improve cycle times and cost savings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic, Accounting, Legal, and Finance teams for fab ramp-up and ongoing needs.
• Analyze supplier performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Participate in improvement projects to streamline procurement processes.
