Job summary

KLA in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a senior procurement leader to oversee a team of buyers responsible for component sourcing for USOPs products and spares, and for PO execution and compliance.

You will drive KPI programs for supplier quality, on-time delivery, and cost reductions, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and collaborating with production planning, engineering and finance to optimize inventory and reduce variances.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations and improvements in a complex manufacturing environment, with preference for semiconductor equipment experience.
• Experience across supply and demand management, and achieving cost reductions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and people management skills.
• Able to lead through curiosity, continuous improvement, delegation, coaching and talent development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of buyers procuring components for USOPs products and spares, handling PO execution, management and compliance.
• Lead KPI initiatives for supplier quality, on-time delivery, service and compliance.
• Maintain supplier relationships and drive complex problem solving and negotiations.
• Develop strategic plans to address delays or discontinuations of products and components.
• Collaborate with production planning, supply chain and master scheduling to propose supply chain solutions.
