KLA is seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee a team of buyers responsible for procuring USOPs components and managing purchase orders in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision making, with experience in semiconductor equipment preferred. You will collaborate across production planning, engineering, and finance to optimize inventory and delivery performance.

Competenze

• 7+ years in supply chain operations and improvements in complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry or other complex, high-mix, low-volume products.
• Proficient in supply and demand management, cost reductions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable with ambiguity.

Mansioni

• Oversee a team of buyers responsible for procuring USOPs components and PO execution.
• Lead KPI initiatives for supplier quality, on-time delivery, service and compliance.
• Maintain supplier relationships and lead complex negotiations.
• Develop strategic plans to address delayed shipments or discontinued products.
• Partner with production planning, supply chain and master scheduling to optimize plans.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to address shortages and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with finance to optimize inventory and reduce variances.
• Drive cost reduction and lead time reduction initiatives.
