Scramble Staffing seeks a strategic Procurement Manager – Equipment and Supplies to lead organization-wide procurement efforts, optimize inventory replenishment, and align with financial plans. Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, capital project purchasing, or supply chain, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP/Business Central).
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relations expertise.
• Experience leading procurement for capital equipment and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities within the inventory replenishment model.
• Mentor the procurement team and manage personnel activities while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage vendor qualification and performance.
• Coordinate with Accounting on capital expenditures and budgets.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Use Excel/SQL/Power BI to monitor KPIs, budgets, and procurement performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory and optimize supply chain.
• Implement procurement systems and contract oversight practices.
• Support audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage the procurement budget aligned with strategic priorities.
• Provide guidance and training on procurement procedures and tools.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
