McDermott International, Ltd. seeks a seasoned Manager Procurement to lead the procurement function for major projects. You will guide a team of procurement professionals, ensure timely sourcing of materials, equipment and services, and manage vendor relationships to meet project goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing RFQ processes, commercial evaluations, and PO awards, while ensuring compliance with policies and driving continuous improvement across procurement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of relevant procurement/leadership experience.
• Supply chain leadership in engineering/energy sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and process changes.
• Proficient with MS Office suite including Project.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Procurement team and oversee project material/equipment sourcing.
• Plan and manage procurement per project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Interface with other departments and vendors throughout RFQ/PO lifecycle.
• Drive supplier negotiations, T&Cs resolution, and commercial evaluations.
• Monitor procurement activities and provide guidance to the team.
