Dollywood Company seeks a Procurement Manager for the Dollywood Theme Park to lead end-to-end procurement activities, supplier pre-qualification, tender management, and strategic sourcing at a major entertainment property.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive cost-reduction initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and manage sourcing from RFP to implementation. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of high-value purchasing experience are preferred.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Three years of purchasing experience with negotiated contracts of at least $10 million annually.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities including supplier pre-qualification and negotiations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and strategic supply partners to drive performance.
• Identify cost-reduction and value-creation opportunities to support financial objectives.
• Evaluate and improve procurement processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and develop RFPs to support strategic sourcing.
• Coordinate supplier communications, bidding, and evaluations.
• Present savings recommendations to stakeholders and secure alignment.
