Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (non-specific) and procurement experience.
• Knowledge of SC Procurement Code and OSE forms is preferred.
• Experience with SCEIS and supplier relationship management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise SCOR leaders and departments on solicitation requests for goods, services, or IT at best value.
• Maintain agency procurement tracking system and assist in procurement form completion.
• Coordinate sole source or emergency selections and ensure awards comply with procurement code.
