Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in purchasing, sourcing and supply chain roles.
• Experience in packaging or tape & specialty film preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 Buyers with guidance and performance support.
• Source non‑standard items requested by sales outside core lines.
• Negotiate pricing, quantities and delivery schedules for reliable supply.
• Oversee inventory levels and manage purchase orders for steady flow.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve orders, shipments, and documentation issues.
• Monitor commodity market trends and movements.
• Analyze purchasing data and track spend for strategic decisions.
• Work with internal stakeholders to meet delivery and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
