Job summary

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company seeking a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement operations in support of demand planning and supplier performance. Responsibilities include RFQs/RFPs, prioritizing procurement activities, and ensuring timely purchase orders to meet business needs.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement and 3+ years of people leadership, with strong Excel and Oracle knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Experience leading sourcing events and strategic projects.
• Proficient PC skills in Excel required and Microsoft Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily procurement operations.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, and supplier selection processes.
• Establish procurement priorities and manage escalation activities during supply disruptions.
• Ensure purchase orders are placed accurately and timely to support business requirements.
• Manage workload balancing and cross-training initiatives within the procurement team.
• Monitor supplier delivery, responsiveness, and service performance.
• Work closely with Planning and Inventory teams to align procurement activities with business demand.
• Perform other duties as required.
