United Holdings LLC is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to source, purchase, and coordinate inventory and transportation for operations. The role emphasizes cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships to support efficiency and project needs.

The ideal candidate will manage purchases, quotes, vendor negotiations, and ERP data, while maintaining accuracy in records and ensuring policy and safety compliance across an Industrial service environment.

Formación

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, power systems, rotating equipment, or related industries preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilidades

• Procure materials, equipment, and services to support operational needs while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery objectives are met.
• Obtain supplier quotes, maintain vendor relationships, and assist with pricing negotiations and vendor performance reviews.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, resolve purchasing discrepancies, and accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track deliveries, and work with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely transportation of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, support inventory accuracy, and assist with cycle counts and replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and service teams to ensure materials are available to meet customer and project requirements.
• Maintain data and reporting within ERP and inventory management systems.
• Recommend opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
