Pacific Federal Management (PFM) is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services while coordinating and optimizing the movement of materials to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. This role supports inventory tracking and supplier management to maintain optimal stock levels.

The candidate will liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to plan logistics, manage shipments, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required
• Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
