Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business (EDB) seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to be a strategic partner across programs and functions. You will develop sourcing solutions, manage complex procurements, and mentor junior staff, balancing cost, quality, delivery and compliance.

Based in Beverly, MA, you will lead negotiations, drive supplier performance, leverage ERP/MRP data, and build cross-functional relationships to support global programs while ensuring government contracting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years procurement or related experience.
• Professional certification preferred (CPSM, CSCP, CPIM).
• Advanced knowledge of procurement in manufacturing/engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM, Eng, Ops to develop sourcing solutions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQ, price analysis, negotiations.
• Prepare and manage complex purchase orders and contracts.
• Negotiate terms protecting CPI EDB interests.
• Own cost, schedule, quality, and supply-risk performance.
• Mentor procurement professionals.
