CPI Electron Device Business (EDB) is seeking an experienced Buyer to manage quotations, pricing and purchasing of inventory and materials. The role emphasizes supplier performance, risk mitigation and cost optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field with 6–8 years of procurement experience, including ERP/MRP systems and government contracting knowledge. This on-site role is based in Beverly, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field; master’s is a plus.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Knowledge of government contractor purchasing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders for major/critical commodities and services.
• Negotiate terms, price, delivery, and quality for complex procurements.
• Lead supplier issue resolutions and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Coordinate procurement with internal partners to meet program needs.
• Perform cost/price analysis on procurements of moderate to high value.
