Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• At least 3 years of professional background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years in leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Experience navigating international supply chains, import/export compliance, and landed cost modeling is highly valued.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically PO management and master data maintenance, is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to improve supplier relationships.
• Deep understanding of international logistics, trade laws, and inventory management strategies.
• Capacity to manage complex projects that mitigate supply chain risks and bolster production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct procurement operations for indirect and direct materials, services, and equipment.
• Formulate strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings.
• Oversee the lifecycle of purchase orders and vendor confirmations in SAP.
• Negotiate terms and assess vendor capabilities.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Optimize inbound logistics and freight selection for cost-effective delivery.
• Manage vendor data integrity and support inventory balancing.
• Stay current on trade regulations and compliance.
• Evaluate tariff effects on pricing, landed costs, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate HTS coding and origin documentation with partners.
• Create alternative sourcing channels and risk mitigation for tariffs.
• Drive purchasing initiatives and report on KPIs like inventory health and cost savings.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment per policies.
