Job summary

Droisys in Providence, RI is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant – Procurement Support to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across US and Europe in a hybrid 50% onsite / 50% remote role.

You will manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, optimize costs, negotiate with suppliers, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure SOX-compliant procurement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, SAP Ariba expertise, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement and strategic sourcing with category management.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Operations.
• Knowledge of supplier management, contract management, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Drive category strategies with cost optimization and supplier performance.
• Support SAP Ariba adoption and procurement workflow improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure SOX-compliant procurement processes.
• Represent Procurement in US and European markets.
