Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business goals. You will identify and qualify top-tier suppliers, conduct market intelligence, and drive cost savings through effective contract negotiations.

The role includes people management responsibilities and a hybrid schedule with two days in-office in Fayetteville, NC, and three days remote. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years procurement experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience with SAP and data analysis tools.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendors in global environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute strategic sourcing to reduce costs and improve service.
• Find, evaluate, onboard suppliers; negotiate contracts; monitor vendor performance.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and global procurement teams.
• Identify inefficiencies, streamline procurement workflows, ensure compliance.
• Analyze spending data in SAP and track procurement metrics.
• Directly manage and mentor a team member.
