Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Product Procurement Specialist to drive complex procurement activities for our supply chain. This remote role will lead RFPs, negotiate terms, perform cost analysis, manage purchase orders, and ensure contract compliance to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and U.S. citizenship or eligible status.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
• Experience with procurement, RFPs, negotiations, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes, RFPs, negotiation preparation, and cost analysis.
• Prepare purchase orders and negotiate pricing under general guidance.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure contractual compliance and business requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and procurement issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.
