Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Procurement Manager – Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) to lead strategic sourcing, capacity procurement, and partner management for our final‑mile network in Hazelwood, Missouri.

You will recruit and onboard independent delivery partners, negotiate terms, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams to drive service quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, carrier sourcing, or logistics
• Experience building networks of independent contractors
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI monitoring
