Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, market analysis, RFIs/RFPs, tender clarifications, bid evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations, and contract support.
• Develop procurement strategies for materials, equipment, services, construction, industrial services, and project work packages aligned with budgets and delivery requirements.
• Review scopes of work, technical requirements, commercial proposals, pricing structures, schedules, exclusions, assumptions, and contractual risks.
• Evaluate supplier capability, cost, schedule, quality, HSE performance, commercial risk, execution approach, and overall value.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery commitments, warranties, change mechanisms, commercial exceptions, and other key terms with stakeholder support.
• Manage supplier performance, delivery issues, change orders, claims, disputes, and recovery plans when off track.
• Maintain accurate sourcing/contracting records, approvals, bid evaluations, negotiation summaries, commitments, and status in required systems.
• Provide procurement updates, risks, recommendations, decisions, and action plans to project/business stakeholders.
• Support compliance with procurement standards, delegated authority, ethics, supplier due diligence, and business processes.
