Job summary

Heritage Construction + Materials, a part of The Heritage Group, is seeking a Strategic Procurement Lead to establish and lead our indirect procurement program across HC+M operating companies. You will map spend, develop category strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and partner with operating company leadership to deliver measurable, recurring savings.

This high-visibility role reports to the CFO and requires a proven, analytically driven, entrepreneurial mindset to drive cost reduction,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (MBA/CPM/CPSM) are a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement across multiple operating companies.
• Map spend, build category strategies, and set savings targets.
• Drive competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs) with stakeholders.
• Negotiate long-term supplier agreements and contracts.
• Develop procurement standards and supplier programs.
