Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to promote the NNI Procurement Methodology across Clinical Services and other indirect spend categories. You will negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and drive value through strategic sourcing initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Coupa or similar eSourcing systems. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree when appropriate.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, with indirect spend focus preferred.
• Experience in Clinical Services / Clinical Operations or related indirect spend is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote use of NNI Procurement Methodology through category management and sourcing.
• Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts to ensure best value.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams to optimize supplier selection and performance.
• Develop reports and present insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with supplier agreements and promote supplier diversity.
