Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review purchasing requirements and place purchase orders with suppliers to maintain inventory.
• Ensure orders are accurate regarding pricing, quantities, freight, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing reports; address shortages and excess inventory.
• Confirm purchase orders with vendors and resolve pricing or scheduling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
• Analyze inventory trends and participate in stock-management meetings.
• Maintain item and vendor data, including pricing and shipping terms.
• Collaborate with finance on payment requirements and purchasing processes.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
