Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, or purchasing platforms.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Preferred 2+ years in procurement or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and service agreements with vendors and suppliers.
• Partner with the Materials Coordinator to identify and provide approved purchasing options for materials and supplies.
• Drive cost savings by negotiating vendor terms and optimizing participation in rebate programs.
• Issue and manage purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards; identify alternative sourcing options.
• Forecast purchasing needs based on seasonal demand and operations.
