Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance or data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with structured datasets.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
Build and update financial models for revenue, labor, and costs.
Perform variance analyses comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts.
Prepare recurring financial reports and performance packages.
Analyze drivers such as revenue trends, costs, and profitability.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing to understand performance drivers.
