Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States is seeking a Buyer to procure quality goods, manage inventory, and collaborate with planning and suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; travel up to 5-10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or finance.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with inventory control techniques and software.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage details.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: develop stocking models and monitor stock levels.
• Procurement: issue purchase orders, track status, optimize cost and delivery.
• Supplier Relationship Management: foster reliable supplier partnerships and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance and Logistics.
