Job summary

Washington State University’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Pullman seeks a Procurement & Financial Operations Manager to oversee procurement, contract administration, accounts payable/receivable and related financial operations, providing financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting to support leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience and supervisory experience; Workday experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of related experience; supervisory experience required.
• Experience with purchasing, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, or financial reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze financial/operational data and prepare management reports.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply procedures with independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and contract tracking.
