Job summary

DHW&H is seeking a Procurement Engineer to oversee manufacturing development, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost control from sales through implementation. You will lead procurement for external products and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

You will forecast demand, track production, and ensure alignment with financial goals and project budgets, while mentoring teams across departments and maintaining critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, APICS) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage external products (NuMove, DLS, AmbaFlex, RSU, SIA) incl. vendor relationships and delivery.
• Serve as internal product questions and updates contact point; provide manufacturing/shipping updates.
• Identify/discrepancies between sales offers and specs during early projects."
• Initiate service discussions with core vendors before Professional Services handoff.
• Support post-sales efforts to secure enhancements and follow-up orders.
• Coordinate with product teams on system analysis and proposal development.
• Lead opportunity requirements with Sales and apply commitments by channel.
• Follow and improve the New Product Process; work with Contracts on MOUs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage revision control on docs.
• Update proposal/engineering documentation; manage protection of customer lists.
