The position emphasizes ethical sourcing, robust supply chains, and strong leadership to drive margin, efficiency, and supplier collaboration within a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain or Commercial role; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate a strategic vision.
• Experience working at a global company and professional supply chain certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Category Managers with responsibility for spend and supply in NA.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned to Global Procurement goals.
• Establish and track KPIs; ensure quality, service, ethics, and sustainable sourcing.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality to meet DPPM and CONC targets.
• Support DBOS and QMS adherence (ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949).
• Facilitate regulatory compliance around Conflict Minerals and related requirements.
