Job summary

Genpact, a global advanced technology services company, seeks a Senior Counsel to lead strategic procurement contracting across its global operations. You will negotiate and draft vendor and supplier contracts, align terms with regulatory and company policies, and collaborate with executives to mitigate risk while enabling business growth.

You will work within Genpact’s Legal team to ensure compliance, structure complex agreements, and provide clear, business-friendly guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• First-chair negotiations/drafting experience in commercial contracts with clients and vendors.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex long-term agreements for outsourced/tech services.
• Experience with IT and non-IT vendor contracts and data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• No less than five (5) years of direct experience negotiating and managing strategic procurement contracts and supplier agreements for a large multinational company or service provider.
• Negotiate and draft complex long-term agreements with clients for outsourced and technology-related services.
• Negotiate and draft agreements with complex IT and non-IT vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and contracting norms.
• Provide practical business-friendly legal advice and coordinate with executives and managers.
