Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Puerto Rico is seeking a Procurement & Contract Manager to source equipment, goods and services and manage vendors. The role conducts strategic procurement across multiple categories and seeks better deals and profitable suppliers.

You will develop and lead purchasing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure contracts comply with corporate policies. The role requires 5+ years of experience and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in procurement/contract management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead purchasing strategies to achieve savings and ensure compliance.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain optimal terms and conditions.
• Prepare annual purchasing plans and budgets; manage tender processes.
• Ensure contracts comply with MAESTRO-like standards and group rules.
• Assess supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
