Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Public Administration or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of government or highly regulated purchasing experience.
• Certification: CPP preferred.
• License: Valid Florida Driver’s License or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor selection, Bid/RFP development and evaluation.
• Develop, negotiate, and maintain contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships.
• Conduct cost analyses to ensure value for money.
• Track contracts, amendments and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with procurement rules, regulations and internal policies.
• Promote accuracy, timeliness and quality in all procurement tasks.
