Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 6–12 years in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sourcing, Engineering, or related function in machinery industries.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with suppliers and cross-functional partners.
• Procurement processes, systems, and tools knowledge, including SAP and Productivity Management System; advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commodity Circle with cross-functional support.
• Define and execute ecosystem strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure transparency on cost structures and spend through Commodity Circles.
• Increase managed spend by safeguarding awardings according to the commodity strategy.
• Prepare, negotiate, award, and provide frame contracts and price lists for strategic suppliers.
