Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor`s degree with two years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verifies nomenclature and specifications of purchase requests.
• Collaborates with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and other specs.
• Enters purchase orders and tracks spend and deliveries.
• Analyzes total cost and spend reporting.
• Works with AP and Shipping to optimize Procure-to-Pay.
• negotiates with suppliers for best value while meeting needs.
• Develops strong supplier relationships and partnerships.
• Engages stakeholders to align requirements and ensure quality.
