Coopind in Fort Worth, TX seeks a procurement specialist to manage MRO and direct material purchases for production and engineering. You will analyze requirements, place POs, and drive supplier performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, resolving invoicing discrepancies, coordinating with Receiving, Quality, and Finance, and aligning deliveries with production through MRPs. US citizenship is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required; ERP/MRP systems experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with Copper and Fiber Cable assemblies (preferred).
• US Citizenship required.
• Strong supplier and project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Procure MRO and direct materials to support production and engineering requirements.
• Analyze material requirements and place purchase orders for materials, services, and equipment to support production schedules.
• Drive supplier performance metrics for quality and on-time delivery.
• Resolve invoicing and shipment discrepancies with Receiving and suppliers; collaborate with Quality and Finance on material issues.
• Negotiate price and delivery terms to minimize material cost, inventory and transportation costs.
• Manage day-to-day procurement activities including communications, schedule changes, RMA requests, and price changes.
• Review MRP requirements to ensure timely component deliveries and adjust orders as needed.
• Secure and analyze quotations, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers; select suppliers on cost, quality and delivery.
