Job summary

C4 Advanced Tactical Systems in Central Florida near Orlando seeks a Buyer to manage contract manufacturing procurement and planning, from requirements analysis to supplier qualification, pricing, and PO management within the ERP system. You will work with domestic and international vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with export controls, DFARS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• CPIM or CPM certification is a plus.
• FARS and DFARS experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP transaction flow is required.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for assigned commodities and sources.
• Recommend sources to ensure on-time delivery and best pricing.
• Perform cost analyses and negotiations for awards and cost impacts.
• Expedite purchase orders and manage ERP documentation.
• Maintain supplier relationships and conduct regular supplier meetings.
