Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a talented Procurement buyer to advance innovation through strategic sourcing for the manufacturing line. You will manage procurement for equipment and tools, place POs, track orders, and help ensure timely delivery and cost controls.

Responsibilities include invoice handling, cash-flow monitoring, and coordinating with the Controls Lead to align CAPEX with approved forecasts. Weekly updates follow bi-weekly reporting after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement management for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to place and track purchase orders with suppliers.
• Experience with invoice processing and cash-flow monitoring.
• Familiarity with capital expenditure alignment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Procurement management for equipment and production tools for the manufacturing line.
• Place purchase orders and track/expedite orders to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with Controls Lead on capital expenditures and forecasts.
• Provide bi-weekly status updates initially, then weekly updates.
