Job summary

Axiom is seeking junior and mid-level Procurement Attorneys to support global technology, consumer goods, and professional services clients. The role focuses on advising on procurement matters and mitigating legal risks across commercial agreements.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating IT and software licensing and other complex contracts within Axiom's alternative legal services framework. Applicants must have 2+ years of corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence.
• Experience supporting sales teams and negotiating with opposing counsel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement matters and related legal risks.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including IT and software licensing.
• Support global technology, consumer goods, and professional services clients.
