Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for executives.
• Experience with procurement systems and vendor management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement spend reports and dashboards.
• Forecast budgets and provide variance analysis for procurement categories.
• Evaluate vendor quotes and contract terms for management review.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and vendor records across systems.
• Support capital procurement for corporate offices and properties.
