Job summary

GGP in Chicago seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to strengthen procurement planning, financial oversight, and decision-making. The role turns spend data into insights, supports controls, and drives efficiency across operating and capital expenditures.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business partners to improve reporting accuracy and vendor performance, while managing POs, invoices, and vendor records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, procurement, or tech operations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement spend reports, dashboards, and tools.
• Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Evaluate vendor pricing and contract terms, recommend actions.
• Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor data across systems.
• Lead vendor onboarding and renewal coordination.
• Support IT asset procurement and lifecycle tracking.
