Job summary

Procure Analytics, a GPO focused on helping manufacturers reduce indirect spend, seeks an Operations Analyst to join the Member Advisory team and deliver value to Members through data-driven procurement insights.

You will analyze large datasets, create executive-ready outputs in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools, and partner with Advisors to inform procurement strategies.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive Procurement Intelligence by analyzing large datasets from Members and suppliers to identify savings opportunities.
• Deliver end-to-end analyses including savings reports, SKU rationalization, and Total Cost of Ownership value.
• Produce executive-ready outputs (Excel analyses, PowerPoint presentations, summaries).
• Partner with Member Advisors to support procurement strategy and prepare business reviews.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, Members, and suppliers for data gathering and validations.
• Contribute to building standardized tools, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify opportunities beyond assigned workstreams and support broader team objectives.
