Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Enterprise Vendor Management Office in Fairfield, OH. This role delivers analytical support for supplier performance, onboarding, risk review, and value realization while collaborating with category managers across purchasing activities.

The position offers a hybrid work option and compensation in a $65,000–$100,000 salary range, with potential annual bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics, risk management, data analytics, insurance or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, vendor management, third-party risk management, business analysis, supply chain or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, contract lifecycle management or supplier management platforms such as Zip, Coupa, GEP, SAP, Oracle or Workday.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Alteryx.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to category managers through spend analysis, supplier assessments and market research.
• Provide analytical support to category managers through benchmarking and business case development.
• Provide analytical support to category managers through sourcing initiative support and supplier evaluation.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Develop reporting for quarterly business reviews and supplier governance meetings.
• Guide stakeholder through supplier onboarding and third-party risk review processes.
