Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics, risk management, data analytics, insurance or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, vendor management, third-party risk management, business analysis, supply chain or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, contract lifecycle management or supplier management platforms such as Zip, Coupa, GEP, SAP, Oracle or Workday (preferred).
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Alteryx (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to category managers through spend analysis, supplier assessments and market research.
• Provide analytical support to category managers through benchmarking and business case development.
• Provide analytical support to category managers through sourcing initiative support and supplier evaluation.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Develop and maintain SLA, risk and operational performance tracking.
• Develop reporting for quarterly business reviews and supplier governance meetings.
• Guide stakeholders through supplier onboarding and third-party risk review processes.
• Coordinate reviews among procurement, legal, information security, privacy, compliance and enterprise risk teams.
• Track review progress, communicate milestones and support issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide a high-touch customer experience throughout the supplier lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement, supplier management and third-party risk processes through reporting, automation and workflow enhancements.
• Support development and maintenance of procurement policies, governance documentation and operational excellence initiatives.
