Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to navigate complex orgs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for vendor vetting and onboarding.
• Translate business needs into sourcing strategies with timelines.
• Facilitate vendor due diligence with risk management.
• Coordinate contract clauses and redline reviews with Legal and vendors.
• Monitor contracts and manage milestones six months prior to notification date.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management.
• Maintain savings data in ESI and NorthStar tracking.
• Schedule supplier demos and conduct market research.
