Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage finished goods forecasting and replenishment plans, optimizing inventory and vendor performance to meet service levels.

You will execute POs in SAP, analyze variances, and collaborate across procurement and logistics to control costs while supporting customer demand and stocking strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in a supply chain related field.
• Experience using ERP systems for planning/procurement/operations (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast for finished goods inventory and replenishment plans in SAP.
• Execute purchase orders to meet replenishment plans and customer demand variations.
• Nurture vendor relationships to ensure delivery performance and cost containment.
• Support stocking strategies and maintain inventory policies.
