Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Procurement Analyst in San Jose, CA, to join our on-site team five days a week. This role reports to the Purchasing Manager and supports material and service procurement to ensure on-time production deliveries.

Responsibilities include PO management, supplier coordination, and data-driven cost improvements across manufacturing supply chains. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in purchasing or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• General understanding of supply chain management, cost analysis and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and data analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Procures materials, components, equipment and services at the lowest cost while meeting quality specs.
• Reviews Oracle MRP and adjusts settings to match demand and supply.
• Manages POs, expedites, and tracks cost savings and supplier performance.
