Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance to partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Operations. The role, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, is an in-office, 5-days-a-week position based in San Jose, CA.

You will lead complex analyses, build business cases, and influence strategic supplier and material decisions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in finance, strong modeling skills, and expertise with ERP and data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Typically 9+ years of progressive experience in supply-chain finance, FP&A, inventory finance or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses and cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Advanced financial-modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Strong understanding of inventory, PPV, standard costing and working-capital drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier finance and commercial analysis, building business cases with cash flow and ROI analyses.
• Analyze material costs, pricing, and purchasing variances to inform sourcing decisions.
• Forecast inventory and working capital, analyzing turnover, aging, and cash-flow impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and decision quality; coach team members.
